Custom Fiber Cutting

Are you having trouble cutting your fiber tow to the lengths your customers desire with consistent, high-quality results?  Are you trying to find a particular type of fiber in short cut lengths, but your suppliers claim it can't be cut?  MiniFIBERS has been cutting fiber for over 40 years, and we routinely find ways to cut fiber that other companies can't.  We like to think that if we can't cut it, no one can.

Customers may purchase fiber from a tow manufacturer and have it shipped to MiniFIBERS to be precision cut and forwarded to them.  We also cut fiber for tow manufacturers, cutting and packaging the fiber to their specifications in their packaging materials.  The cut fiber can be shipped to their distribution centers, or directly to their customers on the manufacturer's paperwork.  MiniFIBERS has confidentially cut several patented fibers to the shortest lengths available.

Some of the specialty fibers MiniFIBERS can cut include acetate fibers, aramid fibers such as fire resistant or high impact fibers, carbon fibers, fluoropolymer (PTFE) fibers, liquid crystal polymer (LCP) fibers, lyocell fibers, modacrylic fibers, oxidized PAN (OPF) fibers, polybenzimidazole (PBI) fibers, spandex or elastane fibers, and ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) fibers.
 

Custom Pulp Fluffing, Drying, and Opening

MiniFIBERS has over 30 years of experience in fluffing and drying of wet lap pulp fibers, as well as fluffing and opening of natural pulp fibers.  MiniFIBERS can process your pulp, package it to your specifications, and ship it anywhere in the world.  If you have a wet lap pulp you would like to have fluffed and dried, MiniFIBERS is the place to get the job done!
