MiniFIBERS extrudes a variety of thermoplastic polymers to produce continuous filaments in 2 dpf and up, specializing in multifilament. Our machinery is flexible, allowing us to work with both commodity and specialized niche polymers. We also have the ability to crimp and cut specialty yarns such as Dyneema®, Vectran® and other technical fibers to convert them into staple fibers for yarn spinning.

Working closely with our partners in the textile supply chain, we are able to assist with development of the entire process from resin to finished product, helping to engineer unique technical textiles to tap new markets.

We can supply yarns appropriate for weaving and knitting, including flatbed knitting and warp knitting, and specialty staple fibers for stitch bonding and spun yarns. We are the leading provider of yarns and fibers for bonded fabrics, and we also specialize in cooling technologies for performance fabrics. Additional products are available for specialty applications requiring stretch & recovery, cut resistance, wicking properties, and more.
