MiniFIBERS supplies yarns appropriate for weaving and knitting, including flatbed knitting and warp knitting. We are the leading provider of yarns for bonded fabrics, and we also specialize in cooling technologies for performance fabrics. Additional products are available for specialty applications requiring stretch & recovery, cut resistance, wicking properties, and more. Our made-to-order yarns are used in textile, composite, and filtration applications.
With our custom built melt spinning equipment, MiniFIBERS has the ability to extrude olefins and polyester-based polymers into specialized multifilament yarns designed to meet your particular needs. We also offer pilot trial services for a wider range of polymers.
We can melt spin total deniers from 80 to 2700, with filament counts from 6 to 247, and we can further process the yarn to meet needs outside of these ranges. Our on site laboratory is able to accurately test and report denier, elongation, tenacity, modulus, shrinkage, and other properties as required.
Custom services are also available using customer-supplied raw materials or finishes.
